Zach Schmitt
Managing Principal
Zach has served in both an advisory and assurance capacity for 15 years, helping organizations steer through pressing risk and regulatory matters. He has a concentration in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing data protection and privacy programs to align companies with the laws, standards, and commitments they are bound to. Zach has worked across industries with a diverse set of clients, guiding businesses through the congruencies and contradictions of domestic and international doctrine.

Zach is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and has passed the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor exams. Zach holds undergraduate degrees from Virginia Tech.
Jenni has over ten years of experience in regulatory compliance. She has expertise in the assessment and application of the GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other state privacy laws, GLBA, and COPPA, among other frameworks. She was responsible for developing and managing the privacy program at her prior company, a tech-forward financial advisory firm that had $260 billion in assets under management.

Alex Straughn
Senior Manager
Alex has served almost a decade as an advisor and team leader implementing enterprise privacy technologies across several industries. His experience ranges from designing, configuring, and implementing compliant cookie consent experiences, automated personal data inventories, and streamlined privacy request processes. Alex has a deep technical knowledge of tag management systems, such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium iQ.
Prior to Tillage, Alex worked at Myna Partners and Accenture. He has 13 OneTrust certifications ranging from Cookie Consent and Universal Consent & Preferences Management to DSAR Requests and Workflow Integrations. Alex also has passed the Professional Scrum Master 1 and Snowflake SnowPro Associate certifications. Alex holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri.​
Georgia Sanchez

Georgia is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over eight years of experience specializing in digital trust, data protection, governance, and privacy. She brings deep expertise in cyber risk management and strategy, paired with strong project management capabilities, to help organizations design and implement comprehensive data risk, privacy, and protection solutions. Georgia has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, leading teams and initiatives that deliver practical, scalable outcomes.
Prior to joining Tillage, Georgia spent more than eight years at Deloitte, where she worked within the Digital Trust and Privacy practice. She holds an ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals certification. Georgia earned two bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University and holds a master of science in cybersecurity from Utica University.
